DIYを始めた理由 / Reasons for Starting DIY
１ミリも興味がなかったDIY。でもやるしかなくなったのです。なぜなら家を建てた時、お金が無くなってしまから。なんと初めてのDIYがウッドデッキでした。ウッドデッキが欲しくて家を建てたようなものなのに見積額を見てひっくり返り、youtubeなどを参考にしながら作成。毎日仕事が終わってご飯を食べてから夜中まで作業して３か月くらいかけて作りました（夜７時～１１時くらい）。懐かしい。ちなみに費用は見積額の３０～４０％くらいでした。

I had zero interest in DIY. But I had no choice but to dive into it. Why? Because after building my house, I ran out of money. My very first DIY project was a wooden deck. I practically built the house just to have that deck, but when I saw the estimate, I was shocked. So, I turned to YouTube and other resources and decided to make it myself. Every day after work, I’d eat dinner and then work on the deck until midnight, taking about three months to complete it (from around 7 PM to 11 PM each night). It brings back memories. By the way, the cost was only about 30-40% of the original estimate.

MY DIY
写真の通り私が作るものはウッドデッキ、家具、モルタル造形、鉄パイプ系のもの、針金アート、スライムです。もし作ってほしいものがあれば作りますので、どんどんメッセージ下さい。下の画像はDIY物置の写真です。大体のものは揃っているので大体のものは作れます。ちなみに針金アートはそのエルデンリングの木しか作ったことがないのでレベル１です。。
As you can see in the photos, the things I create include wooden decks, furniture, mortar sculptures, iron pipe projects, wire art, and slimes. If there's something you'd like me to make, feel free to send me a message—I'm happy to take requests. The images below show a DIY storage shed I built. I have most of the tools and materials needed, so I can make just about anything. However, please note that I've only ever made that tree from Elden Ring in wire art, so I'm still at level 1 in that area.
物置小屋とDIY工具 / Storage Shed and DIY Tools
ちなみにこの物置小屋もDIYです。幅１ｍ、奥行き２ｍ、高さ３ｍの物置です。６年前のものですが今のところ問題ありません。床の部分を片付けたら一人くらいであれば寝れると思います。もし将来、娘が「家出する！」となったら、この小屋にしておきなさいと言うつもりです。床がすのこ状になっているので空気がこもらず快適な気がします。でも虫も出入り自由なので私は絶対に泊まりたくありませんが。
By the way, this storage shed is also a DIY project. It's 1 meter wide, 2 meters deep, and 3 meters tall. I built it six years ago, and so far, there haven't been any issues. If I cleared out the floor area, I think one person could sleep in it. If my daughter ever says, 'I'm running away from home!' in the future, I'll tell her to stay in this shed instead. The floor is slatted, so the air circulates well, making it feel comfortable. However, since bugs can come and go freely, I definitely wouldn’t want to sleep there myself.
